We require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service. All services rendered are strictly non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. Memberships and Gift Cards
Memberships are non-transferable and subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise mandated by state law.
6. Health, Safety, and Right to Refuse Service
For the safety of our staff and clients, we maintain strict sanitation protocols. Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, particularly if a health condition poses a risk of infection or if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior.
